Use these 3 simple steps before using honeywell R-134a refrigerant gas:
Carefully remove the protective cap before use
Connect the charging hose directly to the outlet valve
Do not connect to the high-pressure side of the system
Honeywell R-134a must not be mixed with air or oxygen for any purpose
Always discharge with the valve positioned upright for liquid or gas flow as labeled
Verify that the system is compatible with R-134a before servicing
This refrigerant is under pressure – may explode if heated
May displace oxygen in enclosed areas – use in well-ventilated spaces
Never reuse or refill the cylinder – it is designed for single use only
Keep cylinder away from direct sunlight, heat, and corrosive environments
Do not incinerate, flame cut, weld, or tamper with empty cylinders
Comply with Pakistan Clean Air Act and local disposal laws
Residual gas must be recovered to 0 psig before puncturing and discarding
Store in a dry, shaded area and avoid physical damage or drops
Inhalation: Move to fresh air. Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult
Eye/Skin Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention if irritation persists
Do not vent residual refrigerant into the atmosphere
Recover remaining gas to 0 psig internal pressure or less before disposal
Once empty, leave the valve open and return the cylinder to an authorized metal recycler
Do not incinerate, flame cut, weld, or pry the cylinder
Never refill or reuse the container for any purpose
